Noodles on Atkins??

    Hi all,

    Does anyone know anything about these so called 'miracle noodles' thats I have seen on the net? Apparently they are Zero net carbs and nothing but fibre!?

    Also, I found these? WHat do you think?

    I've been using the shirataki noodles from lcm and find them very useful for my evening with 2 hours of dancing. It helps to fill me up and keep me going:)

    Shirataki/konnyaku/miracle noodles are all the same product - a little like rice noodles but made from yam. Some people seem to hate them, others get on great with them. Katie is the shirataki guru on here.

    I eat them, but be aware there is sa soy version of them, I don't like them at all
