:( It seems my tastes have changed, and I now can't stand strawberry tetras!! It just tasted fake, sweet, thick, powdery and yuck! But I don't like the other two so that means no tetras for me anymore :( But.. but... :( My plan while on 1000 was to have 1 bar and 1 tetra a day as I can take them around more easily. Though, to be fair, I have just eaten real strawberries as my fruit portion, but still! I'm hoping I can just get used to them again. I'll try a frozen one again!

Happens to most of us. I've had no problem having soups for lunch at work, they are really discreet so nobody has paid any attention to me but now the thought of them makes me wretch!!
My fave just now is choc tetras which i pour into a big glass with lots of ice.

Maybe I need to try the lots of ice trick, will make it colder and water it down a bit!I'm struggling to drink it all at the moment :(

Perhaps if you try one first thing in the morning it might taste different. When I have tetras I sometimes find them delicious, and sometimes it feels as though they are coating my mouth and I don't enjoy them so much - I think if I have them over lots of ice they are not so great.

Mmmmm real strawberries - no wonder tetra is no match!

Yup I think it's like that, feels like it's coating my mouth, after taste is making me feel ill!

I do make mine up to 300mls with tap water and they taste nicer like that and go further - might be worth trying and leaving out the ice altogether. I'd be lost without them as trying to "shake" the shakes without a blender is soooo difficult.

Have you tried making choc tetra with coffee and hot water to make a 'mocha' or the choc shakes with hot water to make a hot choc? I've not tried either of these as i dont really take hot drinks but they do seem to be very popular options.

Ooh good plan re coffee/hot water and choc tetra. I like these for my 'lunch' time pack, as they're convenient, but they're SO LITTLE...I make my usual shakes up to 600ml at home, the volume really helps. Will try the mocha trick tomorrow. Fab stuff, thanks.
