Hi everyone,

Got my first ever session of nordic walking tomorrow, I hope it goes well and I enjoy it! I've heard good things about it, that it's really fun and you don't really realise how much you are burning while you do it. It's the start of the fitness side of my new regime, I'm feeling rather optimistic about it!

Anyone else been nordic walking got any tips?

Good luck with this!

I did it a couple of times in the gym. My PT was showing me the techniques, and it was quite difficult, and I could feel the effects.

I'd still be doing it, but I moved on to running, and I don't have the energy for both! :D
