'Normal ranges' on weigh scales!

Having abandoned my wii for weighing purposes, I have invested in some new all singing and dancing scales. As well as weight, they measure bodyfat, hydration, muscle and bone percentages. Apart from the bodyfat, I have no idea of the ranges I should be aiming for. Does anyone have this type of scale where the instruction booklet has the 'normal range' of these in?

Your water percentage, depending on your age, should be about 45% and up. Mine should be between 50-60%! As for muscle and bone, I think that depends on how your built and how much you workout etc, I dont think there are 'normal ranges' for those things, but I could be wrong!
