Hi, Im Denise from stroke city. started sw myself a few weeks ago havent weighed myself to see how im getting on but i can feel it and see the loss.
I wanted to do a few weeks on my own at the start before committing to the programme and basically to loose a little before i went ( mad i know)
I was 12 stone, i may have lost a wee bit by now and I am offically joining my local class next thursday night.
doing actually quite well and being strict but im sure ill trip up in some uneducated things like assuming something is low but it actually isnt.
doing the extra easy but would like to find out about the other two diets green and red so i suppose ill find out soon.
