So thought I'd share my food diary so you can see what I've had. It may give you ideas. You can correct me when I'm wrong so here goes.
Breakfast:- grilled mushrooms with some Worcester Sauce, 3 rashers bacon grilled with all fat removed, 1 egg fried with fry light, 1/4 tin of baked beans. Mug of tea with 1% fat milk (skimmed is just a step too far)
Snack:- Cripps pink apple
