Northernmummys Chomping her way through EE

So thought I'd share my food diary so you can see what I've had. It may give you ideas. You can correct me when I'm wrong :) so here goes.

Breakfast:- grilled mushrooms with some Worcester Sauce, 3 rashers bacon grilled with all fat removed, 1 egg fried with fry light, 1/4 tin of baked beans. Mug of tea with 1% fat milk (skimmed is just a step too far)

Snack:- Cripps pink apple
 
Lunch time at last.

75g (cooked weight) pasta, prawns, salad of cucumber, cherry tomatoes, orange pepper, radish, spring onion and salad dressing (<40kcal per 100ml)
 
Really hungry when I got home. Had a couple of teaspoons of Asda 0 fat rhubarb n vanilla yoghurt (syn free) n a cup of tea n by the time I'd had that the hunger had gone

Tea time was pasta, home made spag Bol (again Syn free) n 2 slices of my husband n daughters garlic baguette. So 9.5 Syns.

Just off out for a run then that's me done for the day :)
