you have had a lot goin on this wek so its understandable that you turn to food for comfort as many of us do but you need to address your relationship wiv food and try to put your energy into seeking comfort elsewhere. i know its hard, i have done the same but its a learning curve.
maybe look at what you've eaten. i know ww have some fab bars out there. why not swap what you're eating for those or the ww crisps. it's hard especially when you've had a trumatic week but food is not the answer it's so short lived and our emotional hunger continues.
