Hang in there and try not to let it upset you as you could be looking at a good loss next week.

Your weight can fluctuate for many reasons...

You still have maintained 2lb loss which is great and shows you are on the right track.

hi utternutta as mini just said hang on in there u may have a really good loss next week, we all have ups and downs and can't understand why, i can have a rubbish week but still lose then when i'm 100% have sts or put on 1/2lb probably best not to try and work it out lol, r u doing a food diary? if no then start one then someone else can have a look for u to see if they think u are doing anything wrong ( eg not having ur h/e's or syns) or not having enough water. good luck :)
