Not Hungry!

Having a few probs last few days,having to make myself eat.I could quite honestly eat once a day.Once I have my breakfast I cant face my lunch,I know I am eating enough but feel I should eat more to boost my metabolism.Getting constipated too,drink loads of water eat veg with evening meal.Not fussed about fruit though only 1 banana with cereal.Any suggestions?Perhaps my stomach has shrunk or my brain has switched off from food.Never happened before!!!

I keep having problems with constipation. Are you eating scan bran? I tend to eat it at least once a day. either broken up with my cereal or at lunch time with cheese spread. If you are drinking enough it won't hurt you to not eat as much for a couple of days.
