Sort of folliwing it as done it before. I am hopoing to join at end of January when hopefully funds will allow. However, as I had a novovirus over Christmas and barely ate a thing (had to force a pot of yogurt down , and then only to line stomach for the pills I had to take!)until new year so hope I have had a bit of a loss. I aim to weigh myself tomorrow at Boots to see if there has been any change from when I last went to the doctors and weighed 14st 7lb.
I really missed having a Christmas lunch! However it is so easy to put the pounds on again! I do dimly remember a tin of roses being passed around 3 times and me waving them away with a "god , no, get them away from me
