Just had a look, how do u know the quantities to use n the types of spices? Am I being thick n isit listed somewhere? X

Just pointed it.. As far as I can see the only things needing pointing are the chicken and yoghurt... (please tell me if you spot something else!!) everything else seems to be spices/passata

4 average chicken breasts 165g each = 16pp
yoghurt - 1pp?

17 pp for 4... = 4 pp each
3 servings = 6 pp each

Hope it turns out nice!!

Yeh think that's the only things that need pointing! Low point curry, hope its nice! defo trying this bns chips this wk! x

I used to go to meetings but started this wk by myself. I weigh in the morning when I get up x
 
Yeh I know what u mean, I've tried doing it myself at home before but didn't really come on here much. If I come on here it helps me keep on track! Lost about a stone last yr, put about 5 lb back on. Weight 10 st 6.6, would love to b 9st 7lb! Lowest I got to with ww is 9st 12 x
 
Haha lets try n get to goal then! I feel ok at 10st so I know I'd feel really good at 9st 7 x
 
I haven't been under ten in about 6 yrs so I'm really hoping I can do it! I usually get to ten, feel complacent n put some back on x
