Not just losing weight - Other benefits

It has only been a week on Slimfast - not only are my clothes looser but my skin is better and I don't get so tired during the day and generally have more energy. I also think I am sleeping better. So I think the nutritional boost I am getting from doing slimfast is doing me the world of good. I would never have got all the nutrition I am now getting by eating food on Weightwatchers et al.
