hello i'm new here!! started CS with my boyfriend last tuesday and so far he's lost about a stone but I haven't lost anything at all and i'm wondering if anyone else has seen no weight loss in the first week but then started losing afterwards? A bit disheartened because im putting in a lot of effort and sticking to it religiously! Also bought an excercise bike that I've been on the last two days
