Have just started slimming world two weeks ago (dont go to classes but got books off internet and used to go years ago). Have stuck to it 100% and have not used more that 15 syns a day, usually about 9 or 10. The first week I lost 6lb but nothing the second. Am I doing something wrong, Iv followed the books to the letter mainly having green days with the occasional red & extra easy thrown in. Really dissapointed but wondered if this was normal?
