I started the TF programme 3 days ago now,yesterday i had the headache from hell (even though i've drank loads of water),and today i feel forgetful like i'm not quite on this plant,has anybody else had similar experiences as i'm not sure i like this feeling

Hi - I felt like that on day 2 !However, I felt it was worth it because I lost 8lb in my 1st week . I'm now on day 9 and I have cheated a little , also had a very naughty weekend -bbq with loads of wine I'm not in any gr8 hurry to lose my weight (6st) and feel this 8lb loss was a great achievement ! Don't 4get to drink your water - it will become your best friend ! Take care xxx
