Not really new...

    Hi everyone!

    I've been here before, but it's been about a year. The good news is that in the last year I've lost 73 pounds. The bad news is that I've hit a terrible plateau and can't seem to lose more weight. Oh, and did I mention I've got at least 50 pounds left to go?

    Some background:

    In the past year, since I've been here last:

    -I learned to cook delicious and healthy food.

    -I learned to enjoy exercise.

    -I quit a job I hated.

    -I started a new job that I love.

    -I dealt with a bunch of loneliness and various other kinds of stress.

    -I reached my goal of 50 pounds lost and got myself a new laptop.

    -I reached my goal of 70 pounds and got myself an iPhone.

    -I started shopping in non-plus sizes for the first time ever.

    That's my year. I'm back now, and I need support.

    How's everyone here doin'?

    i have been on the diet for 6 weeks and have lost 21lbs :O

    only 8lbs off my wannabe weight for my prom in 13 weeks (i might lower my wannabe weight.) And since losing this weight i have never felt better, i can actually try on clothes and look at myself as being "pretty" and it feels so good.

    I didnt know how much i wanted to lose weight until i cried last weigh in (yes i'm a wuss lol) because of how much i'd lost and how close my target weight for prom was. I'm no longer worrying about the prom, only waiting for it in eager anticipation :D
