Rest as much as you can hun and also take your time when standing up. Also maybe try and up the water a wee bit and see if this helps? Hope it gets better for you.

took plenty of water this afternoon and feel better, was hopefully just a wee spell. Think I will go to bed early tonight, need to clean the house, but maybe get up early and do that instead!

Glad to hear that you're feeling a bit better, hun. My blood pressure is a lot lower on this diet so it could be that, or totm, or maybe you're trying to do too much and need to rest more? Sod cleaning the house tomorrow, just take care of yourself! ;)

I hope your feeling better now! I know it's a horrible feeling! I keep getting up, walking 5 paces then going dizzy and everything goes black! my boyfriend has started getting up after me just in case I fall over! haha! my blood pressure goes really low too, I think that's probably it! standing up really slowly helps! I think water helps quite a bit too! rest up and I hope it passes!! :)

i felt lightheaded for a few days, but i drank more and more water, then i felt fantasic... Hope you feel better soon
