Not so much constipation....

    Ok....this aint exactly a pretty story but i need advice!

    I don't have constipation but when I do go it's REALLY sore and think it may have even bled slightly,
    Please can someone tell me what's wrong with me!:(:(

    hi, not sure what to say really, other than perhaps your number 2 has been up there a while without you feeling uncomfortable and it's got a bit hard - as for the bleeding if it was just a little then it was probably just a scrape maybe - but im no expert!

    Hi daisy same here hun!! You're right not a pretty story but needs to be said! I thinks its simply because our stools are so hard so cannot be moulded if you get what i mean?! I always think square pegs round holes kind of lol

    The more water I drink the less sore it is too!
    Feels like I've been eating glass sometimes!!

    proberly as we aint eating no fat it isnt lubricated as much oh that sounds terrible doesnt it!

    It's because there's less bulk / fibre in your diet so what's there sits inside for longer and the longer it's there, the more water is extracted making it solid.

    You need to try and get some bulking agent into your diet - check out some of the posts on psyllium husks. :)

    Know exacly what you mean, I thought it was time of the month and then realised I is a dude:D:D Sometimes when I go Im waiting for the baby to start crying as im sure its like giving birth:eek::D X
