Not so new diary!

Well, I did have a diary but after trawling through the abandoned graveyard of cambridge diaries I gave up without hope of finding mine and figured its easier to start a new one! Not that I didnt love the old diary and it probably had a good few weeks left it, so old diary if you are reading this...im sorry lol!! Anyways! blah blah blah im restarting as ive had a good month and a half of parties and occassions which has meant the cambridge diet took a back seat, well more like it was on the back seat of a really long bus half way down the street! I wont bore you or lie that I eat to fill some 'emotional hole' in my life because I dont! I love life, and with that for me comes socialising, nice food, drinks and parties - never been one for country walks or leaves! Im always reading all the diaries on here and you lot are doing really well and my god do I admire your ability to say 'no' and stick at this 100%! I aim to get to the 12's then as its bbq season coming up maybe switch to sw red days. Ill cross that bridge when I come to it I guess! Ideally I would like to be 10stone but I wanna have targets which I can reach quickly that will motivate me. Day one baby....bring it on! x

i know socialising has alot to do with food but it shouldn't be we should able to have fun with out it because while ever we use food for anything other than fuel we are never gonna be in control of our weight.
i know you like socialising and i'm not saying you stop socialising just make it not about the food and drink but about having fun and being with people.
hun how unhappy are you with your weight? you need to say i'm doing this for me and i have to take control or i won't lose. cd works hun you know it does but you only keep it off by making a lifestyle change and if you go back to your old way of eating or take breaks you will regain and more and you deserve better for your self.
personally i think you would do better on ss+ than ss cause that way you could still eat some food with others if you need to and stay in control.
if you spend can spend a few weeks without coming of plan you can get to target quicker instead of having breaks and taking ages to get to target.
you need to commit to this hun. you haven't got a lot to lose it won't take that long if you stick to it.

Hi Tinker, im doing ok so far - Ive been invited to a bbq/beer festival today and really really wanna go but im not...gonna get my books together and go to the park for some study!!! haha dedication or what! Hope ur enjoying the sunshine x
