Not the best week... kicking required!

To say I had a bad week would be an understatement. I had an awful week!
I some how managed to put 7lbs on. :cry:
There was a good bit of this going on
I need a good kicking!

...there is nothing I can do about it now, but this week will be different!

Most of that will be water weight...it takes more than a week for the body to lay down fat sores of 7lbs.
So don't despair, you will be able to get rid of those extra pounds in a matter of days if you get yourself straight back on to SS.
Keep focused...you CAN do it.

there are 3500 calories in a pound of weight, there is no way you ate that by 7 on top of the norm in a week :) like Gaynor says, its mostly water and most will come back off next week

Put last week behind you and focus on this week

Thanks for the support everyone.
I am quite pleased, I got through yesterday and last night (the nights seem to be worse) without eating!
Hopefully it is a sign of things to come!
