Not totally sure where this should go...onion rings

Right- if I cut an onion into thick rings and used one slice of my hexb to make breadcrumbs and used an egg to dip the onion in and covered in breadcrumbs and then baked them with frylight, would these be syn free?

Yeah I'm just making some chickpea burgers like that, whizzed a slice of bread from my HEXB to make breadcrumbs and gonna cook it in Fry Light, we'll see how it goes!
