    Hello everyone hope your all ok and not dreaming of fryups much lol... i was just wondering how many weeks or months did it take you to start noticing yourself you was losing weight and what food have you missed the most xxx:rolleyes:

    miss all food

    hi
    i miss lots of food, although it didn't take long for me to notice the change in my shape. my clothes fir better after 2 weeks and the big losses each week keep me motivated,
    1 week 6 lb
    2 week 4 lb
    3 week 4 lb
    4 week 4 lb
    5 week 2 lb
    6 week 4 lb:eek:

    I dont really miss food that much but having said that when i do make the familly something really nice i get v jealous. I noticed during the 1st week that my clothes became a lot looser :D :D
