i miss lots of food, although it didn't take long for me to notice the change in my shape. my clothes fir better after 2 weeks and the big losses each week keep me motivated,

I dont really miss food that much but having said that when i do make the familly something really nice i get v jealous. I noticed during the 1st week that my clothes became a lot looser
