Now Is The Time..

Hello all,:wave_cry:


I finally feel ready to get on and lose some weight, I have been larger ever since having my little one and want to lose around a stone, ideally a stone and a half!

I am rubbish at sticking to diets so gona just try and eat healthly, and exercise!

Ave just signed up to the local council gym and its fantastic for just £16 a month i get unlimited use of all centres, gym, classes, swimming, sauna and also the child creche for up to two hours a time so this is great news for me!

Am looking forward to becoming healthier!!

Any tips or comments to how i can do it would be grateful
