[h=5]Crashed my car yesterday, ambulance attended. To begin with i was a little bit dazed. In the ambulance they are measuring my heart rate and one of the paramedic goes to measure my blood pressure. He notices at the top of my arms, that i have stretch marks, and asked if i had lost weight.

I grinned, and asked him to guess how much... Anyway, the female paramedic wanted to know how i had lost that much. I told her slimming world.

She laughed and told me she was doing slimming world. So to test whether my mind was working properly, she was quizzing me on the syn value of different foods, and I pointed out her lunch could do with some more superfree....[/h]

I seem to be ok, I walked away from it considering the speed, me flipping from one side to the other and firing into a ditch and spinning...

Gazter sounds like you had a lucky escape, hope you are ok.

Just come to Madeira on holiday - usually dread the plane seat but all was fine and even better than that...... The seatbelt fitted (just) without having to use an extender!!!!! Yeah!!!!!!!

I threw away half a jar of nutella yesterday, after the other half being responsible for the start of a terrible week last week. Throwing it away felt good, conciously making that choice, even if I felt a little wasteful (the real NSV would have been not buying it!)

Actually, I think that is a real NSV ! Yes not buying it would have been good. But to have it in the house ,open and not eaten- and then thrown away. Now that, is amazing. well done.
P.s. I am salivating just thinking about Nutella !

Went to WI this morning and saw a girl I knew from school, she stopped me (and in a nice way) asked why on earth I was going to SW as I didn't need to...obviously she is unaware of the time I have recently spent in the biscuit tin but it was nice to hear

Hi Was a size 14 when i started SW, my cousin is emigrating to Canada so gave me loads of her size 10 clothes as she was chucking them out. Tried on one of her dresses last night that wouldnt even start to Zip up 3 months ago, and it fits like a glove! Couldnt stop staring in mirror!!!
