Nurofen, okay?

    I'm probably being completely over the top here, so sorry about that, but is Nurofen ok to take whilest on LT?? Doesnt interfere with Ketosis at all? (I have tooth ache!)

    Painkillers are fine. They will not effect your ketosis.

    Nurofen is fine and it won't take you out of ketosis.

    thanks honeys :D taking it now, think I'll be booking an app at the dentist tomorrow, seems my newly required unwanted wisdom tooth is causing a problemo :(

    Wisdome teeth do need to be seen too as sometimes they can cause problems.

    My FIL had to have one of his removed ten years ago...he was 76 then:rolleyes::p

    He still has a full set of teeth, but the way he has been eating sweets of late he may not have them for much longer:sigh:
