    WW Curry is zero points - Vegetables only (add chicken / beef) for extra points

    Onion
    Tablespoon of Curry Powder
    Garlic Clove - crushed
    Low Fat Cooking Spray
    100gm Cauliflower
    2 Carrots - sliced
    Courgette - sliced
    100gm Mushrooms
    Red Pepper - chopped
    100gm Broccoli
    400gm Tin of Tomatoes
    500ml Vegetable Stock
    Tablespoon of Tomato Puree
    Salt & Pepper

    Saute the onions, garlic & curry powder in low fat cooking spray for 3 mins. Add the carrots & cauliflower and cook for a further 2-3 mins. Add the remaining ingredients, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 mins until all the veg are tender. Season to taste with the salt & pepper.
