the one yesterday, for example, was asking me about my skin type and helped me no end with which products to choose...
she gave me some free demos on my skin and also in a bowl... washed and dried my hands for me afterwards and gave me a free sample! i'm not going to get that in boots

i love their campaigns they do, and i also love their ethics and the fact that they won't touch a supplier who's even remotely connected in any way with animal testing. they source as many fair trade products as possible, and use pure essential oils in their products.
all in all, i think they're FAB
