Attack Oat bran as ceral?

Hi

On attack can you have the oarbran with skimmed milk a la weetabix and some sweetener??

Will it taste ok

Yes except that 1.5 tablespoons is a tiny quantity... it'll be more "porridge" than weetabix.

Do you have some there? it's really not a lot, hence our preferring using it for making a galette or muffins with.

it makes ok porridge with a bit of cinnamon in ......
oatbran makes great galettes bread cakes biscuits muffins ect

i get a bowl add a little skimmed milk 2 tbsp of oatbran,microwave,until starts to rise remove add cinnamon and leave to cool and thicken
