Oat & peanut butter smoothie with banana


Is a crunchy mama!
1/2A, B and 2.5 syns per portion
Serves 1


1oz porridge (I used with added bran)
120ml water
120ml semi skimmed milk
1 activia vanilla yogurt
Small drop vanilla extract
2 tbsp peanut butter powder 2.5 syns Bell Plantation - PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter and More! (can be omitted for a plain vanilla smoothie)

Mix water and porridge in a tall jug and microwave for 1:30 minutes. Add all other ingredients except the banana and blend well with a hand blender. Top with sliced banana.
Very yummy, thick and filling smoothie!

Oh sorry Vixxter! I got mine from Ebay, incidentally just got 2 jars this morning. One plain and one chocolate peanut butter :drool: Just put in PB2 in the search window on ebay.
