Oats so simple.

I was planning to have porridge tomorrow but I have no porridge oats, but I do have some oats so simple.
Can somebody please tell me the syn value for this please.

New to EE so would like some advice on OSS

Brekkie I had OSS (HEXB, Milk HEXA)
Dinner was chicken, Carrotts, Cauli
Tea was chilli con carnie with rice, green beans n carrotts...

Bit peckish now.

I have obv had my HEXA and HEX B for today...so if I was to have an OSS now, would I syn it as 5?

My book is quite old and wondered if the value had changed. Thanks

You'd also need to syn the milk if you don't have enough left over from your HEA
