OBSESSIVE WEIGHING

i nearly jumped on my scales this morning as i had a serious blip and polished off quite a few kettlechips as well as other bits yesterday evening (not one of my proudest moments)but whats done is done so fresh start today and after almost reaching for the scales (that i put out of sight on top of the fridge) i stopped myself and decided to look at why i ate all that crap instead.

the conclusion i hadnt planned any meals and as were having work done on the house its a bit chaotic at the mo but thats not an excuse really

FAIL TO PREPARE PREPARE TO FAIL

so today as i almost reached for the scales i decided to have a look in my fridge and cupboards and cook instead ive had a big cooking session and made a massive shepherds pie, a joint of beef in Mediterranean style tomato gravy and ive still got a cheesy fish pie and a few other bits to make but that should hopefully help with my junk urges as i will have something tasty to eat thats syn free
