2nd weigh in for me today - lost 3 1/4lbs! Happy with that as had TOTM this week too, and it's given me 7.5lbs loss for the two weeks I've been on it :-D

I am 10st12 as of this morning I wasn't going to weigh until end of October... Not sure it's possible to lose 12 pounds in 24 days?!
