3.5km walk yesterday with Darling husband, Zara the dog and followed by Guinness the kitten. A bit slower as every time a car passed we had to wait for the kitten to jump into the hedge out of the way and then call her out again when it went.

Sounds like a lovely Sunday walk Tipperary. I didn't do much yesterday. My little one was not feeling great in the afternoon.

Another cycle and the best in a while. 14.5km in 1hour 5 mins and I didn't stop. I've done this route before but always stopped for 5 mins at about 10 km for water and a bite of cereal bar.

We have a part time almost 2 year old male ginger hurricane, gosh he knows how to wear us out

Well I finally got to the pool. It was too wet and windy for the bike today and I had to go to town for the shopping anyway. It felt great to get a start. Nothing too strenuous, 12 lenghts swim and 18 jogging, my arms feel the better for it now

Went swiing again this morning. I was going for a cycle but daughter needed a lift to town so decided to.go swimming instead of waiting around. 16 swim and 22 jogging so a bit more than yesterday. . glad i went as the pool was totally empty so I had it all to myself.

Well I have been really bad.
Was away last weekend and then came back to no electricity. Didn't get it back til yesterday. No wifi either :(

Well I've done nothing at all. I'm am doing as the government advised and only going out when necessary. The wind is really bad now and roads have local floods so walking and cycling not possible. I could go to town to the pool but for two days now the river had been high and looks about to burst. 2 winters ago I got caught in a flood by the river and had to flee my car and wade through 1m deep water to get away. The roads flooded quickly within 5 minutes and a friend in a tractor was the only thing that could get me and bring me home....all 1.5km, a quick walk on a normal day. Car was got by a tow truck just in time, the river burst and everything became impassable
So I'm staying put
 
Storm Brian eased off after lunch so I had a slow 4km walk in my wellies with Zara. It did me good to get out.

Same cycle as yesterday, 8.5km but slighly quicker. Average speed today 15.5kph yesterday was 14.4kph. Tired and sweaty now.

No walk or cycle today but I did get another swim done, 46 lenghts and my shoulders are now killing me

I know I won't be doing anything Sat and Sun so have 4 days to catch up. Walking not achievable now but the cycling and swimming are just within reach.
 
44lenghts of the pool and 17km cycle left that's about 3 sessions. I was planning a cycle this morning but daughter 1 needs a lift to town so i might swim and get that finished and get the cycling done Thursday and Friday
