Extra Easy odd request maybe..

Im struggling to stay on track with SW these past few weeks... I was just wondering if someone would like to right me a food diary for the week on EE?
I know it's a odd request, just thought it might help me..
 
If your stuck on where to start, try writing down a list of foods you like e.g a list of meats, veg, fruit, carbs, snacks & go from there. When you see it written down you maybe able to meal plan from there.
