off for a wee break

    im heading away on monday for 4 nights to a caravan park in northumberland

    i fully expect to be watching what i am eating esp morning and lunch#

    i have no idea what the wee restaurant bi sells for food - hoping to be something healthy in there.

    i will be logging everything on mfp - just to keep me on track :) and i will also be aking my running shoes and clothes so i can get some exercise in as well

    am i crazy lol?

    Nope, you're not crazy! You can't put your life on hold for the whole time you're trying to lose weight, it's something you have to do along side life! So there'll be things like this but you've got the perfect attitude. You can a little of the things you want, just be careful not to overindulge too much. So I think you'll be fine. It's still a good idea to log everything I think, I've got a blackberry with the MFP app so I would!

    My biggest piece of advice? Enjoy yourself and don't worry too much and have a fab four days!

    No you're not crazy!! Enjoy your break :) And as an aside - if you get the exercise in then that's brilliant, but if you find you don't get chance, don't beat yourself up about it. It's only 4 days in the course of many!
