Off the Wagon.

Two sundays ago, i celebrated my birthday and that affected the weigh in on the tuesday. However, its been nearly the second week since my birthday and the plan hasnt kicked back in at all.

I've just re-emailed my consultant and admitted that i have not followed the plan and will end up weighing more come tomorrow evening.

I've stuck to the plan today and emailed a food diary but ive been trying to do the diet since october 10 and its seems like ive gone full circle weight wise.

I've been reading the magazine for motivational stories but even those still havnt helped kickstart my aim to lose 2 stone. Help :cry:

hi hun u have to draw a line under it and get back on that wagon b4 it leaves without u lol. we've all been there so don't think ur the only one that does it learn from it and start again. u can do it if u feel tempted and are able come on here for a while it will take ur mind off eating :D good luck x

Have you any tools that could give you the motivation back? Set a mini goal....reward yourself with a pair of earings when you get there. Picture yourself how you want to be...and tell yourself you WILL get there. You know you can do it......
keep positive, kick yourself up the butt and do it otherwise you'll always be in the same position!
Just imagine how you'll feel in a few weeks and at least a few lbs lighter if you stick to plan. A few weeks flies by in no time and you'll feel so much happier if you have a few good weeks.
We all have bad weeks but to me it seems your motivation has gone......
