and i'm suddenly in a really good mood. i feel like going out dancing... and i only ever want to do that when i think i look good. it probably won't last long but hey. right now i want to prance around the office. am listening to cheesy pop at the mo. if i had somebody to go with and somewhere to go i might just do it, ha.

i've just bought paul mckenna's i can make you thin book and cd from amazon and now i want them NOW. ha. i thought he may teach me some good principles for maintenance. i've heard a lot of good things about it. you lot ever read it?
