So the mega loss hasn't quite got me into the 10s officially but after 7 PP and PV days I have lost 4lbs
Making me 11 stone bang on!!
Next week those 10s are mine!!

Well done everyone nothing spectacular for me this week but after my week end away I was away again for my daughters graduation so again not always a brilliant choice, higher fat rather than carbs though and a few mistakes but nothing major back on course for me this week
