Surgically happy.
Is there no one else here in Luton? Or can you switch to lipotrim for the week?
If anyone can get through this it's you mate!

Pete - another option would be to go to a chemist and get the Lipotrim diet packs - another VLCD Abstainance diet. Or even Cambridge as far as that goes. Just an idea....the chemist's do not require any doctors approvals, etc., as far as I know, and would keep you on 4 packs a day.
Scary stuff - and I know you are strong, but as Anna said - even the strong can struggle, much to their suprise, so if you CAN stay abstainant, that would be great.
You have a few options. Let us know what you decide!![]()

I think I might give being weighed this week a miss though, if I have a low loss I'll just feel a bit down about it, and if I still have an ok-ish loss I don't want to risk getting the mentality of "I can have X and Y and still lose!"
So this'll stay as my not-quite-according-to-plan week and I'll leave it as that![]()
Firstly BL i love the new Avatar
I did not know that about the chemist that is very interesting
Yep I think that's right. Not really sure how it breaks down, but looking at the charges on RTM as you introduce meals and reduce packs it does seem that the £66 is a flat charge for the packs (roughly £2.35 each). Heaven knows what the LLC gets them for because presumably they have to cover their counselling time and room hire etc?Wonder how much they will charge? I bought 2 weeks worth last Tuesday as I am going away for the week for work but they charged me the £132!
