Hi lovlies,
My cdc has been on holiday for the last two weeks and I havent seen her and unfortunatly i've fell off the wagon a bit and have been munching on all sorts of things :break_diet:. I feel totally ashamed and gutted cause I was doing so well im seeing her again this thurs 2 days before my ususal wi but im worried i've put on all the weight I lost from before.
Have been really good today but did my ketone stix and have completetly blown that apart :mad:. Why am I so weak and how do i find the motivation to be good again...help!

I wouldn't say that you're weak. It's not a particularly easy diet. What I will say is that your head definitely needs to be in the right place in order to do this diet.
Can you think about what made you decide to eat and what situation you were in?
Perhaps you can then avoid it next time.
You haven't blown things though; you've just had a blip, we've all had them.
As long as you learn from it and decide to get back on the wagon you will be fine.
I'd have a chat with your CDC when you see them next. Might not have been a great idea for her to take on someone so new so close to going away, as most people find the first few weeks the hardest.

I can sympathise re your CDC as I have only seen mine twice before she was off for 3 weeks and then I was away last week! So, I will see her for the first time in 4 weeks this Thursday!

Don't be hard on yourself DDoo! I have slipped up a few times but am still losing weight. Keep drinking the water and try to get back on track....if I can then anyone can!!

Better to slip up and then get back on the wagon, than think it is not worth it and pack it in all together....hereby ends my sermon for today!!

Yes i guess you're all right. I'm going to get back on the water and try and forget about the last few days and concentrate on getting it together again. I have a show to perform in 2 weeks and i need to ss+ for that otherwise ill have no energy for it and work but i'm hopeful i'll keep losing the weight.
