Wonderful isn't it - such a great boost. I saw a friend on Sunday that only see about once a month for classical music events - he's a shy lad but made a point of saying I looked good with the weight loss.

Great motivation to stick with CD, even when we have the odds momments of wishing we were on no diet or a different one!
