~I have to put this up I have resisted the urge to weigh myself every day since I started the SW EE plan however today being off work ..poorly I thought i will just have a look and oh my god I have lost 5 pounds 5 pounds that is amazing..

I am so pleased and need to thank you all for your advice here's to 5 more!!
