I done cambridge in 2010 and lost 4.5 stone and felt great. Since then after holidays and Xmas times I have put on a couple pounds which have been easy to shift and maintain my preferred weight. I am so ashamed to say that something has happened which I said never ever would ......I have put back on just over 3 stone!! I am so mortified but I have had the toughest and roughest 6 months of my life really. I am toying with the idea of doing dukan or Atkins but really deep down cambridge has been my easiest diet to date and I know once I'm in mode weight will budge !
Anyway after an upsetting day and the fact I feel like a fat frump again having had to go out and buy some emergency fat clothes because nothing fits me .I decided to come here and post as it is always useful when I'm losing weight and brill for support (and getting stuff off my chest ).

Does anyone what to join me on my journey to slim times ??

Purple flower you are not alone!

I did Cambridge last year and lost almost 10st. I have put on 2.5st and I am here once again fighting back and beyond as I didn't finish what I started last year.

We can do this! :)

Hi purple flower, coming back to CD is the first step to shifting the weight. Life has a tendency the throw stuff at us and knock us off track, and like you I turn to food when I'm struggling but you will shift the lbs again and throw those emergency fat clothes away for good :)

Hi all. Gave given dukan diet a shot for a bit,just a bit more food and energy.will be seeing how it goes,it it's not for me I will return to cambridge and what I know ! Or even do them mixed together
