Oh my goodness - yay!

When I first started SW I am wearing size 18 work pants but I had my old size 14s and 16s .. kept three different sizes that I went through when I had put on weight. I was chuffed when I got out of my 18s back to a 16 as I had never been above a 16 before last year.

But this morning I tried on my 14s, and they fit!!!! I am SOOOOO happy I LOVE Slimming World .. I would never of imagined I could do this!!

Why?

I love SW whilst I am at uni because I am more active than I am in the Summer hols which I think aids my weight loss

just used to have lots of time preparing meals, having meals at home and not getting as tempted, worried if my timetable is awkward not going to nibble on something but i should fine plan bring food in and there is a suprmarket round the corner to get fruit/yogurt
