hi - i am on week 3 and have had a great 2 weeks but today was the first day i was starving all day. don't know why cos ihave not been hungry at all. when i got home from work had one half fish finger and some cucumber and am still hungry now even tjough i have had a shake and more water.
I really didn't think i would be hungry in this diet. am so disappointed with myself as it took so much to get into the diet and i don't want to go back to day 1 feelings. not only do i feel bad i also feel like i have crossed a line now and will end up nibbling all the time.
i get weighed saturday - do you think i have enough time to lose weight by then. it will be really disheartening to stop losing now.
