hi - i am on week 3 and have had a great 2 weeks but today was the first day i was starving all day. don't know why cos ihave not been hungry at all. when i got home from work had one half fish finger and some cucumber and am still hungry now even tjough i have had a shake and more water.

I really didn't think i would be hungry in this diet. am so disappointed with myself as it took so much to get into the diet and i don't want to go back to day 1 feelings. not only do i feel bad i also feel like i have crossed a line now and will end up nibbling all the time.

i get weighed saturday - do you think i have enough time to lose weight by then. it will be really disheartening to stop losing now.

Dont stress about it now , whats done is done get drinking the water and dont have anything else you should nt have and you will be fine, the longer you go on nibbling the longer it will take you to get back into it, dont let 1 nibble ruin your cd so far.xxx

Hi. Maybe its emotional hunger rather than real hunger. Are you stressed? Worried? Sort that and the hunger should go.
