Oh no - I cheated!!!

    I was just in the kitchen at work where all the cakes were (someones birthday again) and my willpower just totally failed me :cry:

    I have just eaten a mouthful of chocolate cake!! It was about an inch cube, so not huge and I am really hoping it wont kick me out of ketosis!!

    I have had a really bad week for eating this week and its only my 2nd week - last week I was fine! I have only ever eaten a bit of chicken and hasnt affected my ketosis but I guess will probably slow down my weight loss.

    Will have to be really good over the weekend before my weigh in on Monday!!

    That's the right attitude. It's not the end of the world - just get back on that wagon, glug your water and be proud of how well you've done so far! :D

    Id say you will be ok that prob isnt enough to know you out of ketosis. Be good from now on k :)

    remember we are here to support you through any moments of temptation. We all know what's its like............saying that I will now wag my finger at you and say "dont do it again!!!" lol

    You have had a good first week loss (but you didnt post your weigh in for the club) so chin up and think positive thin thought!!

    hi im on 2nd week to & i cheated as well!!its sooooooooo hard i think its because my kids r off school for summer & it feels like 1 long weekend!!! lol!!

    get glugging the water and you should be fine,try to stay on the straight n narrow as come weigh day you will feel like kicking yourself,water,water,water thats what you have to do,just think of it as a magical fat busting potion,
