I have bought morrisons light creme fresh by mistake instead of fromage Frais !!!!!

I've just cooked a meal & added 150ml - can somebody please let me know the syn value

If it's the NuMe one it's 1/2 a syn per tablespoon...

Really? So 150ml is 10 tablespoons (as a tablespoon is 15ml) so 10 x 0.5 = 5
Please god let that be right as if so it's served 4 so just 1 1/4 syns !!!!
It's absolutely gorgeous I was in food heaven yet it felt soooo naughty!! Haha
