Oh no seaside holiday!

    I'm going away next week for a few days to the seaside. Not sure how I am going to cope :confused: The DD's I may go over my allowance and even the UD's I may go over my allowance ;) with donuts, rock, ice cream, chips e.c.t
    I will have to find a massive amount of will power being outside the comfort zone of the house/work environment. I think I will buy some SF ready made shakes but has anyone got any other suggestions. Thank you.:wave_cry:

    Only 4 but don't want my safety environment bubble to burst. Mostly our meals will be eaten out and seasides aren't known for their healthy fast foods.

    Hmmm, hard one. Just try on your up days not to overdo it and go for as healthy an option as possible. Down days like you say take stuff with you you can have, even cereal bars, fruit and 100 cal packet snacks. But it's only four days so even if you do go over I wouldn't worry to much, just enjoy your time away and then get straight back on track when you get home.

    Thanks. I may have a look at the SF snack options too. I just don't want to blow it as I can't cook or control what goes into the food eating out.

    Hey hon. The good thing about JUDDDD is that, if you do go off plan for a few days, you can get immediately back on track with a DD so, worst case scenario would be that you'd have four up days and get back on track on day 5.

    If you're determined to stick to it (I'm off to Brighton for a week soon and I'm hoping to) then I would suggest taking shakes and bars with you for DDs.
